Our team will review your request and verify your account details. If you selected a digital prepaid label, you'll receive it in this step; if you chose a mailed return kit, your order has already been submitted to our warehouse for processing.
Account Closed & Billing Stopped
Once your modem is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. After it has been checked in, we will officially close your account, stop all future billing, clear any outstanding invoices as applicable, and review the account for any eligible refunds.
